These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bgd33 platform and all its services. By registering on bgd33, managing an account, or participating in any game, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

bgd33 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

Age Limit & Identity Verification

To register an account at bgd33, the applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. The platform reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

• Only one account is permitted per person.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to bgd33 immediately.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or with a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Registration from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bgd33 account password and login details confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• If you log in on a public device, log out at the end of your session.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

Deposits

The following methods are accepted for making deposits at bgd33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for every method).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.
• Depositing funds for the purpose of money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from bgd33:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal funds will be returned only to the payment method used to make the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• If a bonus is active, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are met.

Welcome Bonus

A 150% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at bgd33, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or a deposit of ৳28,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

• A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount applies.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled.

General Bonus Terms

• bgd33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been met.
• All bonuses must be used within a specified period; the bonus will be forfeited once this period expires.
• If bgd33 detects any fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Separate terms apply to VIP bonuses and special offers.

Fair Play Policy

bgd33 is fully committed to fair play and transparency. All games on the platform meet international standards and are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• The use of bots, automation software, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Collusion (improper coordination with other players) is strictly prohibited.
• If an error is detected in a game result, bgd33 may void the relevant round.
• Arbitrage betting or improper exploitation of game mechanics is not permitted.
